Doctor & Staff

Cathy Ann Norton, O.D.

Dr. Cathy Norton graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1996. She earned her B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. She is licensed by the Texas Optometry Board as a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist. Dr. Norton opened her private practice, Park Cities Eye Associates, in Preston Center in 1996. She specializes in contact lens fitting and the treatment of dry eye disease. She served on the Board of Directors for the Dallas County Optometric Society for eight years. Dr. Norton resides in the town of Addison with her husband and son.  She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and loves to instruct and practice power vinyasa yoga.

Rebecca Devenport

Rebecca joined our practice in 2015. She manages our optical and is our lead optometric assistant. Rebecca earned the certification of Certified Paraoptometric Assistant. Our patients enjoy her friendly and happy manner during their visit to our office. She is married, has one beautiful daughter, and loves karaoke!
